Access to any 85xo real-money product is strictly limited to persons who are 21 years of age or older. Identity verification is mandatory before withdrawal and may be requested at any time.
Each individual may hold exactly one 85xo account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, balances may be voided, and pending withdrawals from duplicate accounts may be declined.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is conditional on completion of the stated rollover requirement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 85xo login credentials. All activity conducted through your account while you are logged in is deemed authorised by you.
All 85xo account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit. Minimum deposit is RM 20. Withdrawals are processed in MYR and are subject to identity verification requirements prior to first payout.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which 85xo's operating licence is issued. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the 85xo Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, the 85xo Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
2.3 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 85xo. By accepting these terms, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2.4 85xo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3.1 Age Restriction. Use of the 85xo Platform is strictly limited to persons who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. This restriction applies without exception to all real-money products on the Platform.
3.2 Age Verification Process. 85xo will require identity documentation to verify your age as part of the KYC process. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until age verification is completed. If age verification reveals that you are under 21, your Account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions voided, and any deposited funds returned subject to fraud investigation clearance.
3.3 Geographic Restrictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 85xo does not warrant the legality of use in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for your compliance with local laws.
3.4 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold an 85xo Account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees of 85xo or its affiliated entities; (c) persons who have requested self-exclusion from the Platform; (d) persons previously banned or suspended from the Platform for Terms violations.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain exactly one Account on the 85xo Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 85xo reserves the right to merge, void, or close duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances associated with fraudulently duplicated accounts.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 85xo login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any Account access details with any third party. 85xo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
4.4 Notification of Breach. You must notify 85xo support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised use of your Account. Contact: [email protected]
5.1 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 85xo does not accept foreign currency deposits and performs no currency conversion on behalf of users.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 85xo accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank), and direct bank transfer. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; current options are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is RM 20. Deposits below this threshold may be returned.
5.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 85xo requires completion of KYC verification including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposit by the Account holder.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and Account VIP tier. Standard processing is completed within 1–3 business days. Higher VIP tiers receive expedited processing as detailed in the VIP Programme terms.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 85xo complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Unusual transaction patterns, suspected structuring, or failure to complete KYC verification may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
6.1 Bonuses and promotional offers are governed by the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to the relevant promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be turned over a specified number of times in eligible games before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 85xo reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings and to close Accounts where bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of technical errors is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
7.1 All casino games, slot titles, and live dealer products available on 85xo are operated by licensed third-party software providers. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
7.2 RNG Certification. All software-based games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are certified and subject to regular audit.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction affecting game outcome, 85xo reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player. 85xo is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 Sportsbook Betting Rules. Sportsbook bets are subject to the 85xo Sportsbook Rules, which govern settlement procedures, voided events, in-play restrictions, and maximum payout limits. These rules are published within the Sportsbook section of the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 85xo Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement:

9.2 All responsible gaming limits take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases apply immediately.

10.1 All content on the 85xo Platform — including but not limited to the 85xo brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the property of 85xo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. No other rights are granted.
10.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 85xo Platform content without prior written consent from 85xo.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 85xo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 85xo's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 85xo Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 85xo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability. 85xo shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability where such unavailability is beyond 85xo's reasonable control.
12.1 85xo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; (c) suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; (d) a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
12.2 Upon termination for cause, 85xo may withhold Account balances pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a Terms breach, balances directly attributable to the breach (including bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom) may be voided. Deposits of uncontested clean funds will be returned via the original deposit method following investigation.
12.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting 85xo support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be voided upon voluntary closure.
13.1 85xo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email to the address registered on the Account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment's effective date.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 85xo's operating licence is registered.
14.2 Disputes. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 85xo Platform, you agree to first contact 85xo's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 85xo will endeavour to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving your written complaint.
14.3 Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body specified under 85xo's operating licence. The language of arbitration shall be English.
14.4 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory laws.
